Refund of Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, templates, online courses, all access Summit passes, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless a refund is required under relevant consumer protection laws.
Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel a membership subscription, you may do so at any time. You will continue to have access to the content until the last date of your subscription period.
Please note, however, that you need to cancel at least 3 business days prior to your renewal date to prevent the next period’s subscription from being processed and billed. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged going forward. Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so make sure to cancel prior to the deadline.
In rare cases where there is a technical issue with the product that prevents access or usability, we are committed to resolving the problem promptly. If you experience any issues, please notify us in writing at hello [at] diytripsummit.com within 14 days of purchase with a detailed description of the problem, and we will process your request in a timely manner. When refunds are granted, transaction fees may not be refundable.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
